Sombrero Help

I just bought a sombrero to read box keys from a 7200 unit and i'm having real problems. I have already took my hard drive out and took screws out of motherboard to lift it up for sombrero to fit but seems the web tv slot and some kind of diodes are in the way. Anyone else have this kind of problem. Please help and if anyone has any pictures on how this sombrero should fit please let me know.

When I did my 7200 with the sombrero I had to remove the web card socket and install a jumper for the switch in the socket. I had the same problem with clearance. Then you need freehat or hatrack programs to use the sombrero.

Hatrack will not work work for anyone using Win XP...but you may use Freehat!

Where is the file DLPORTIO.SYS it(FREEHAT) is complaining about. it is not included in either of the zips I D/L from here and other site.
anybody had luck running freehat on XP?
