430 Audio Static

If the static is noticed using the channel 3/4 out put and not the RCA audio out, then, try adjusting the small knob on the TV out box inside the IRD, that may cure it.....sometimes it has a plastic protector around it that can just be pulled off to access the knob....you won't need to move it much, or you will lose video too....

probably something in either the processor or the decoding section, either one is beyond me as those chips are just too small to mess with, and you can mess with them for hours and still not get it fixed..there is no schematic available for the 430 so that makes it more difficult......
