You will need a programmer/unlooper with a 3.57Mhz crystal/x-tal, an HU card, extremeHU and/or winexplorer, and a computer to run the two programs I just listed. Your model 420 receiver can be nozkt moded, so you should look into that as well. If you think you can't do it yourself, PM skinerd and see if he wants to do it for you.
