Dismissal On All Accounts Michigan +
Here it is folks. Direct TV's Big Down fall. This is big because DTV lost on all of the claims in their lawsuit, instead of just count III being dismissed.
Direct engineer stated the White Viper Device was an ISO device.
"In addition, plaintiff concedes and admits that at the time that it contacted Defendant by letter and filed suit (October 7, 2002 and March 10, 2003 respectively) Kevin Izadshenas, a DirecTV engineer who had been called upon to analysz the device had prepared and issued a report stating that the device purchased by Defendant (i.e. White Viper Reader / Writer) was 'A GENERIC ISO 8701 card reader" and that the device is used to read, write and modify ISO-7816 smart cards".
This is a complete dismissal of all counts. With Prejudice. Hurray!
