do I need a valid bin for actvation

I got this thing called a shadowboard that is suposed to stop tiers from falling off in activation ..I just had my sub bin go down permanently and am wondering if I need a valid bin if I use activation ?

You need a valid bin whether you running activation or a 3M....you need a valid .bin. Don't waste your time with one of those boards. Get a nozkt receiver. A nozkt is the only reliable way to get around the need for a valid .bin.
