Card gives 745 no matter what! HELP!!

There is a refrence manual sticky posted in the newbe section. Make sure you are rebooting and using a known valid .bin.

try supercleaning the card a couple of times after applying the valid bin before you apply your 3m or activation hex, and then do a hard reboot of your ird before you insert your card.

I think there are a few different types of super clean program to use, as normsbro said try cleaning it a 3 or 4 times.
