I don't remember what was in that file, but it was pretty small, and it's very old in sat testing years. Check out the sticky posts in the forum of interest to you and you'll surely find the info your after. There are also a couple quick link bars right under your user name.

It was writtten in 2002 as a guide for dave.. there are some basics in there that still apply to both...but ya the actual directions are way old
