I have two 2700's . when I try to set them up for dish 500 , on the installation summary it shows x on the first dish input 1 for sat and trans on the second input 1 it shows 119 and even. input 2 shows 110 and odd second input 2 shows 110 and even. Status says: problem detected check connections. Checked all connections, all were good. Tried 3100 receiver and a 3700 receiver, both worked good. I'm using a dish500 dish and two sw21 switches. Thanks for any help.

I have the same problem with a 2700 build config CODD.

your not getting a strong enough signal on 110you have to be getting a signal for the switch to be detected.
run check switch after each step. I have had the same problem many times, if 110 is not getting a good sig it will show only odd or even and sho no switch detected.
damirabal, make sure the LNB on your Dish 500 isn't a Dish Pro model (will be marked DP on the LNB).
If so, it's not going to work with that 2700.
I pointed this message to you as the original post was from January, and I assume he got his probalem worked out by now.

I know this is not the case because I take out the receiver and put another 2700 and works fine with all transponders on 119 & 110.

ok do this
check software versions on the ird's and try to get one bird at a time to go by the process of elimination method. unplug sat feed do a check switch let it show all x's then try to get it after pluging back up. if that dont work flash the eproms.
sound like you know what you are doing but just in case the ird's are not ecm'ed right (location 00001) sys info page

Neither IRD is ECM'ed nor location is 1. Both hae digital locks installed that protect the TSOP. I already re-flashed the EEPROM and TSOP with virgin images. Only one of them is having problems. The other one detect everything fine.
