The server is in the Bahamas, about as safe as you can get.......unless the government there makes a law to the contrary, which is not likely........

I thought the server was in Budapest and mili was in the Bahamas...the point remains the same though. Mili is truely off shore and is as safe as you will get in this hobby. He's also the most reliable.

Being a regular visitor to the bahamas, I can tell you that the bahamian government wont even share passport information to the US Customs. So techniclly Customs only knows you went to the bahamas because you came back and told them.

I doubt they will let Direct TV come in and run things.....

RI2818, these guys know what they're talking about.
For the record, the server is in Hungary...I personally shipped parts there to construct it. Mili has a security system in place that would be the envy of the CIA. He is the ONLY administrator...moderators nor anyone else have access to member's records.. those records are secure from DAVE's prying eyes.
Records of software purchases are kept only for the duration of the subscription...site membership information is purged after 6 months of inactivity...and hardware purchase information is destroyed after the warranty period expires, or immediately if you so choose, and have no problem with waiving the warranty.
You can still put yourself in the trick bag...if you're naive enough to splatter personal information all over the forums, such as email addresses, your hometown, etc...but if you get busted, the blood won't be on Mili's hands, guarantee it. ;)
OK, bud...time for a new question.... :)
