JTAGGING a 301.10

I am uncable to do a detect with JKEYS
for a 301.10. What I did is make a simple JTAG and
soldered resistors and Wire to DB 25 then to IRD Pads as
instructed and listed below
IRD has never been in stream, It is brand new.

Can someone please help me
get a detect?

do you got db 25 18-25 either to ground on board or chassis. I clip mine on sat in sometimes.
are you sure you are starting on pad 2 and not 7 and going backwards.
just a sugesstion from my experiances

yep 18-28 is on grounnd pads directly, yea
I double checked to make sure it isn"t backwards
