301 processors

How do you tell if your 301.10 is with
Lci processor, in this case pads 3 4 5 6 and 7
are used. OR Sti processor, then pads 2 3 4 5 and 6
are used. I need to how to to hook up JTAG in order
to get a read tthrough JKEYS
