Expressvu PVR501 DEAD! HELP!

I have a PVR501 unit here that powers up then a "Hard Drive Error" message comes up. Anybody had this before and fixed it???

I have had it many times before, It will happen when you reflash your 501 with another tsop from a different 501 and the ird info does not match the Hard Drive or if you erased you #1 tsop and just wrote you #2. assuming you had back ups of both tsops, I would erase #1 and #2 flash #1 back then flash #2 back, #2 needs to be last. Try that.

Does anyone know what these error code means on on a 501/5100 PVR 0442, als0 I have a friends 5800 with a errorcode 0457... Any clue what these mean?
