6000 jkeys strange results

I have 6000 ird using jkeys I get device id ox25198041 and device st20-tp4.
no box keys no ird number. OK, flash one may be bad rite I think thats where the info is stored. Before I tried to read to pull box keys I checked sys info screen. software version 776pcnad and it showed a ROO # so that makes me think it is not flash corrupt. IRD has not been in stream for a while and I have no original cam so I must pull box keys.
Before I fuck it up I thought to seek advise because the 6000 is finiky so before I try to go to flash programing and really FUBAR the ird is there any comments or sugestions on this matter.
btw way using buffered jtag with (CHUPY)homemade tried and tested.

Thanks anyway but I got the maginfing glass and found solder splatter from pad six to ground. extracted and poped box keys first try. thought I would post back for anyone future reference or hell Darnat and Chappster if you think post needs deleted please do or have me too.
poor light and naked eye. I should known better.
time to burn a cam and watch tv.
