Ace,
What progam(s) - exhu and/or winX- are you using and what scripts are you running? also what error or cammand messages are you getting if any... basicly we need more detailed info.

using a external power supply instead of the ps2 will greatly improve the unlooping ability of your loader. what brand of hu loader do you have?

Theoretically, Ace....whatever in=5 volts out. I can tell you, despite this, varying the voltage makes a difference...sometimes the difference between programming and not programming. I have two loaders - one is a T911. 7.5 volts put it to sleep. 9 volts, and it worked fine. Make sure you have dipswitches 2 and 5 down, or ON.
All your cards doing this, or just the one?
A couple of tricks you might try...a member posted a few weeks ago to put the stubborn card back in the receiver for about 10 minutes, after a failed unlooping attempt. Don't worry about what's on the screen. Just run it, then attempt the unloop again.
Might try one of these programs...one minute unlooper, or the Bastard Repair Machine. The BRM's DAC settings are tailored to work well with T911's, Detonator II's, Alienators, etc.
I tried it...it busted a pretty stubborn card in two seconds, and besides, it's fun to watch. :p

Before you toss it, try the Unlooper in Superclean. Worked for me once when Starglitch, HxBoi, and others failed.
