dp301-013 blinking

I have a dp301-013 with rom10 card(locked by a dealer).

Led is just blinking. some times led goes solid for a while ,at that time i am getting message "acquiring signal... sat no 61.5. transpoder 27, Prograss 2 of 5, 3 of 5, 4 of 5 .." & once again it start blinking.

Using universal jtag i can read info but when i tried to read memory it goes up to 6% then says " can't read memory"

I will try with buffered Jtag to get info but how to proceed then after to make receiver workable.

I forget to mentioned that the info i got using Jtag( receiver Id) is different then inSystem info.

By the way, during "acquiring sat..." i pressed menu, Sys info. for a moment, i got all system info except Box keys. Within 15 sec. all goes with blank screen.
