Yes try flashing it, Mili has the how-to. Make sure you do it in pure DOS. The card is numbers up right? Does it do it with another card?

let me ask the question again.... Does it respond the same with any card?
It's been my experience with the AIOs, that if the ATMEL was at fault, the device would not be detected....

Make sure your AIO has JP2 (older one) installed if you got all DIPs off. If it is a new one (one of the DIPs is FF) then the FF must be ON
