smart card programmers for dish, loader and unloopers for dtv. not compatible with each other. only one that is semi compatible is the t911. can be flashed with mightly loader software to use on rom10 cards

Loaders for DTV use a 3.57Mhz xtal, dish net programmers use a 3.68Mhz xtal. xtal is often refered to as the 'crystal'. They are both types of smart card programmers, and there are many smart card programmers for other purposes as well.
