The IRD# & boxkeys are all you need. Edit the info with NagraEdit, then reflash your IRD.

Oops, I meant Flash Edit.
But even in FlashEdit, there's no need to enter bootstrap!

I've never messed with Bell, but for dishnet all the 4700's were upgraded to 4900's a couple of years ago.
