using Scammer2 properly

When I get emc'd I get the "serious problem message and to call the 1-800 catch me number". I know for a fact that the Cam Id number that I was using was a valid number. (it belonged to the guy that made my system and he has not cancelled) So after trying other numbers that I got at random from using Scammer2 with no luck I tried the known Cam ID. Same problem, went down after 20 minutes.
Perhaps I am not using Scammer2 properly. Questions...In Scammer2 I know that I have to use the opions BEV...& Rom 3. Do I have to somehow change the Zip and time zone to match the CMENU options and if so how? Aparently I do have a "lock" how would I fix this?
I keep thinking that I must be doing something wrong.

Why don't you take the existing # you have...should be something like S04 50...... and change it to be S04 51..........give this a try as some have been having success with this method.
