301.013 power surge damage

I have a 301.013 2 tsop ird. A power surge took out a couple of components. There are two I can't recover the part numbers from; resistor R5006, and SWR5001 (wrapped in a heat sink). Both are very close to the smart card reader. Could someone help me out and post the color bands (or value) of the resistor, and the numbers on SWR5001.
