You will, if ever you connect your plone line! If you don't, your CAM will eventually reach the spending limit and you will no longer be able to purchase PPV till the balance is cleared.
The alternative is to send your CAM to a dealer to get unlocked. Once unlocked, the PPV purchases that is stored on the card can be deleted.
