Knoxville, WHAT MESSAGE are you getting on your television? "Don't work" is pretty vague, buddy....
The tier dates don't make a damn if you're 3m'ing the card. I'm using a bin that no tiers on it, period. Something else is wrong. Again, what are you seeing, and exactly how are you applying what you have?
Yes, if you have a WORKING 3m/bin combination file, you should be able to just clean your card and apply it. Unlooping may not be necessary. If the card will take a clean and a write, it's not looped.

clean the eeprom in extreme and when you unloop the card use the clean bin,then write a working 3m or actavation hex file and if your bin isnt blacklisted watch tv If it is blacklisted,you will get ext 745

I'm assuming you didnt read the DSS REFERENCE MANUAL in the newbie section. Its a sticky. It will answer alot of your questions. Like placing a 3m or hex on your card.
