You need a dish pointing at the 105 sat to get columbus. They aren't spotbeamed so you should get them anywhere in the US. The latest tiers for the tier maker programs include a tier for Columbus and you'll have to include that in you testing unit be it cam, atmega, emu ect.

Update. I had not actually tried to get 105 before when I wrote this. I stupidly assumed that a standard dish pointed at 105 could be used for this.

Well it can't. Charlie screws us again. It's a good thing he dosen't build cars or medical equipment. He'd never get anything done. He would be too busy with the court cases.

You have to have the superdish to get the 105 or 121 orbital slots. According to what I have read they operate at a different freq and lower power. So you need a larger dish and a special lnb for it all to work. Don't rush out and get one though.

It seems it dosen't work in all areas. In some places it just dosen't work at all. Especially in the northen US. Like michigian for example.

The second problem. You can't buy them. At least I can't find anyone that has any for sale.

Anyone here from michgian that has one that dosen't work that they would like to dump? :-)
