Is there any truth to a channel 599 hex that's supposed to be available to only certain circles of testers? I don't believe there is such a hex but I've seen the discussion in a couple different forums....seems nobody want to give a straight answer.

Here's the deal: The channel and the instructions for setting it up are exclusive to members of ATSDSS's NHB (No Holds Barred) club.
I snuck in over there and did a C&P on how to pull this off.
With God as my witness, this is an actual C&P from one of their threads. :p :D :rolleyes:

You must modify the oscillation overthruster code in the standard hyperglopic generator to reflect the recent stream changes DTV has implemented to multiplex new channels on the p5 backward-compatible sync pulse subcarrier.
You then need to recompile the raster configuration in the inter-modular doppelgangers in the newly-downloaded virtual chip.
