switches , sw21

i've got a couple of spare switches , ( sw21 , sw21x ) .

my question is , can these be made to work like a splitter ?
instead of 2 dishes and one reciever , can they be reversed to run 2 recievers off of one lnb ?

it's cold out side and i don't really want to run more cabling if i don't have too right now .

Mike is Correct. You do need a multiswitch to do that.
