The IRD trys to dial out and uploads the PPV purchases that were ordered by you. This info is stored on your CAM. If your CAM is locked, you cannot wipe them off your card. The card will eventually reach it's PPV limit and will no longer accept any more purchases.
However, they can be wiped once the CAM is unlocked.
