Dp301-010 & Rom10 Problem

I have digi lock ( two Chip) installed with latest software. I have used all Blockers in download section with various Cam Id generated thru CamID generator. I have locked my Rom 10 too.

My Problem is, i am getting Hit " Serious problem ..." at every 1 min, or 5 Min. max. I have to switch off the supply to reget the signal which takes almost a Min.

Does any one have working Blocker for rom 10 or any site/ indivisual provides working blocker with annual subscription & warrenty?

How do I change the IRD to 00? I have succesfully tested on two other receivers (2700, 310-010) with no problem. This receiver I am trying to test is 3900 with a rom 3 card. I succesfully read the jkeys off of it. The funny thing is that the "public keys" are all 0's and so are the "black out string". Is that normal, if not how do I correct them? So far I have left these lines alone and patched my script and then the blocker but when I insert into the receiver "error 022, this receiver is not yet authorized....." keeps popping up. Anybody have any suggestions, this is very fustrating.
ps. I don't think its been ecm.
