No. Not at all the same. HU is pretty much simple. Boot card, erase card 2 times, write 3m...done.

With BEV & DN, you must enter the IRD#, boxkeys, valid CAM ID, apply tiers & blocker(s), etc. - keep in mind that the card needs to be unlocked to do any programming to it...
