I think you can fudge the agle a bit and do DTV and Dish or DTV and Bell, but I think the Bell and Dish net birds are just too far apart to do all three on the same dish. Here is a link that shows it all done on one dish though.
Bell bird at 91*
DTV at 101*
Dish Net 110* and 119* (most channels are on the 119* bird)
