Receiver Question

A friend dropped off a couple Hughs receivers that I am unfamilar with. One is a HBH-SA and the other is a GABO. A couple questions please.

What generation are these and are they capable of pulling in all locals ? How do a hard boot on them ?

the hughes gabo is 6th generation. it only gets locals in one market area at a time even with the ff guide byte trick. you need a 3rd gen or earlier ird for this trick to work, i cant find the hard reset button like the erlier hughes ird have. try going to menue-setup-test-hilite begin test and press favorits button on remote to see more options.
