Could this receiver be changed to Bev if the VID MOD is done on this?. What version Rom card is this?. It is yellow and it has printed AA-05 on the right bottom corner. Thanks in advance.

Only a 301-010 or lower can be converted to Bev. Bev never had a 3100-013 so it won't convert to bev.

But a 3900 which bev never had can be made to work on Bev. So you may be able to convert the 013 somehow. But, I have never seen a how to that makes this possiable.
