Problem with 2nd generation Hughes receiver

I have a Hughes Network System IRD-B2 reciever. When I try a P3 card, I
get message "Enter a valid card" Question: Is the Hughes IRD-B2 receiver compatible with P3 card (Football Card)? I Know the card is good because I
use it With A RCA system. I want to use the B-2 System so the 900 channels will display. They want Display on the RCA system

Some of the older model receivers 1st and 2nd gen have issues with HU cards that gives u a IVAC message, if it doesn't work with a P3 then the same would apply to a P4 card.
