How to make the screen fit my monitor

Does that make sense to anyone? Is there any place I can go to so that the posts from this site fit on my monitor screen without having to scrowl left and right? I went into user CP and tried to change the number of posts per page but nothing changed. I know its something simple; I just can't figure it out; thanks.... :uhh:

Hey Reb ,

Right click on the desktop and then Properties and then settings ...
Change it to 1024 X 768 and Apply ...

It might make other web pages and windows look too small for you , try it and let me know ...
I am using a 19" monitor and those settings are fine here ....

You can also go into apperence and make thinks just a little bigger if you like too , click on certain windows and make the size larger , say from 8 to 10 ..
Play around Reb and you might end up with something that works ...
