Can you receive DTV/DISH overseas?

Curious as we are temporarily located in the general Pakistan area and wondering if we can "see" the bird from here for either DTV/or DISH reception

Under Asia and South Pacfic. I took a quick look and it looks like the answer is no. They do list Dish TV but it's geared for India. Has several channels like cnn, fx movies, cartoon network India. Should be no problem receiving it in Pakistan.

Like I said I just did a quick look. Lots of sats over that area may have missed it.
