Can you Identify Test Equipment in Picture?

Some old test equipment......................................... ..
Can anyone Identify the emu board here and will it work for Dish / DTV?
I know the loader is an older "Netsignia" and was for H cards and might not work for dish/DTV cards-any thoughts
Also wondering if this Atmega will work for Dish and if it is very old or not-Thanks, basically just wanting to know what we have here.......

Well the emu setup is home made by the looks of it,so can't comment on that but the atmega looks good,what size Xtal does it have 18.00Mhz?
What rev is dish card sitting at?

Thanks for the reply it appears that the xtal is 18.00Mhz, will this work for me on a 2700 IRD? Still have to fire up the card and see Rev. Laerning ALOT here at your site-very informative!If I put both a eeprom lock and Tsop lock on a 2700, do I have to cut a trace that will that affect jtagging later on? Do you think I would be better to use atmega card or the emu setup? Thanks for the help
