before throwing my lightning-struck drd420re in the trash i decided to give it another go after i successfully reflashed a 430RGA after they corrupted the firmware.
on the 420re i managed to read all 3 chips successfully (dual chip ird) and after i wrote those two FF 'words' at 20010030 and 20010000 in the development panel my light came on (it never came on since being zapped by lightning).
but then when i click on flash programming, i get "The flash codes returned are not recognized by jKeys. Mfg/Device codes returned are 20/38(JEDEC) and FFFF/38 (FlashFile)." ERROR. when i modded this badboy i think i may have used an older version of jkeys. i also went by UNWINK's and the other instructions in pdf off dssmili (please link me to it... i keep losing the link) and i think i may have written more than 2 words back when i initially modded it. am i totally retarded and wasting my time on this project i clearly can't comprehend?
