Rca 420 problem

I did another mod this week and had a little problem Jkeys programed fine, but when i hooked it to the TV I got a blank screen from the out to TV plug, if i use the red, white and yellow cables worked fine. Is it the receiver or is it the mod. I should have checked both feeds before i did the mod.

Tune the TV to channel 4 and see if it then works.......if so then you can change the output channel back to 3 in the setup.
