You might be getting a power surge or the IRD might be getting too warm. My RCA will do this if I stack it on anything else. I moved it to the bottom of my rack and it's much better.

Sorry, got no idea on that. Remote trouble maybe? Will it change using the buttons on the IRD?
Great... that for the help... I think that is what it was. It was on top of a heat register. The only other problem I have now is that my guide or quick guide seams to freeze and I have to reboot the unit to make it work again. Any idea about this?
Thanks!
The heat from the register could have ruined it ??
I think it might have something to do with Transponders. Transponder 26 is very low (like 13) and Transponder 30 + 32 are in the 60's. I find that the guide freezes or it shuts it self off when I am watching or surfing in the 500's. Do you have any idea about this?? I don't think the heat ruined it, since the unit was only there for 1 day. I though that was the problem but now I know that is not it. Since it is still freezing and restarting. Also does anyone know what Transponder 26 does?
Thanks!
Now it sounds like a LNB issue , if you have a dual LNB switch the cable around to the other one and see if it works ..
I still have a feeling the heat did do some damage to that IRD , even though it was only one day ... Sounds like you might have two problems ??
