Telephone Call Display

I was wondering if it is possible to manipulate the call display of a telephone to display a number without an actual caller calling? The reason I ask is I believe I am being setup by a co-worker that claims I called them with threats. This call would have been a long distance call which I do not have the ability to do as I have a toll block on my line and I do not use or have access to a third party carrier.
Any help will be greatful

Not sure, Touk - maybe someone else knows...but legally, if your accuser can't produce evidence such as an actual trace done by the carrier, my opinion is that they don't have a leg to stand on. Falsely accusing someone of a terroristic threat is illegal - maybe you should be the one looking into filing charges...
