Site is down 04/25/04....."bandwidth limit exceeded". Is this the beginning of the end? Or just a hiccup?

I think the site is receiving the equivalent of a denial-of-service attack.....maybe coordinated downloading, plus ever since March began there have been numerous postings of this variety: "Coship 2300 getting BEV"...Pansat XXXX verified receiving Dishnet PPV'...etc. etc. Obviously total BS. Is this meant to:

1) confuse people into buying FTAs that don't decrypt scrambled signals...?

2) cut back on dealers selling the real deal...?
