Looking for a hack

Hey guys, I'm looking for the 'region hack' for the Panasonic DVD-LA95 (portable DVD player).

I'd sure appreciate if someone can help me out ;)

Nope. That's not what I'm looking for. I'll try to be a bit more specific....

This portable DVD player can only play region 8 encoded DVD's. Sort of like, if I were to go to Europe and buy a DVD movie, it would work (play) cuz Europe is region8 (I think). North American DVD's are encoded with region 1. Therefore a North American made DVD (region 1) will not function on this particular DVD player. What I need is to be able to 'flash' the DVD player so that it will recognize all regions (or at least region 1). Perhaps inserting a self installing .exe file (on DVD) and playing it on the DVD player will take care of this region problem???? It would 'flash' the chip.....?

Anyhow, that is my dilemma. Hope someone knows about this stuff and can give me a hand. Thanks to all.
