Is it possible to be untracable on Kazaa? Or is their a better site where people aren't getting sued?

It's my understanding that they hang your ass when YOU share a file. Try WinMX or LimeWire. I never hear them mentioned in lawsuits (seems like it's always KaZaa) WinEX allows you to shut off outgoing files, and LW probably has that feature, too. That's a tad chickenshit, I suppose...but it your butt you're trying to save.
WinMX has a lot more to choose from, but LimeWire is easier to navigate and the waiting lines for downloads are much shorter.
Whether or not that will shield you, it would be totally unfair for me to say...but it should whittle the odds down quite a bit.

Now that you have spyware hidden in your register you need to run pestpatrol to clean your system out , also to go deeper into your register you need evidence eliminator to do the job, to clear your tracks . In addition It would be wise to transfer all files from your share folder and put them into another folder for safe keeping. This is what I've done incase my computer gets crashed. After I use Kazaa or Limeline I transfer the files to my second hard drive so when my first harddrive gets crashed etc I don't mind losing what I have on it because I have everything stored on my second harddrive. Both Kazaa and Limewire have spyware in them. Kazaa-Lite is good but at times I have problems getting on line with it. Any exe programs that you download must be put in the second harddrive. They are now showing them (the exe files) as being a virus on some of the updates in your virus programs to force you to delete them from your system. This has not been done on the songs yet because it is not an exe file. Winxp is geared to do the same as well. Example I have two computer one with WinMe and the other with WinXp with some of the files that I want to put on the WinMe computer I have no problems, but on the WinXp I've been instructed that the file is not a 32 file and possible corrupt but jet it works great on the WinMe and or the Win98n computer. When a friend of mine got the WinXp service pack2 it jacked up his computer big time. NOW YOU KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY, HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

find and use the latest versions of peer guardian or protowall, these block the bad ip address's (riaa, mpaa, etc) while you p2p with kazaa lite, klite ++, or kazaa lite resurrection (the no spyware/adware versions).

Torrents are the way to go, and suprnova.org is the place to go. As to if it's safe, don't really care, i'm ripping of wireless from people around me, got 4-6 differnt networks to pick from.
Just my 2 cents
