DV-5400 Receiver

Hi,
I'm looking for new jkeys to puul the keys from my new ECHOSTAR DV-5400 Receiver. It has Rom10 Card but chip is very different and I don't know which programmer I need to read/write the card.

Also if someone knows about the receiver board so I can put digital lock.

Oh, I thought its brand new but thanks for your reply. How about the CARD, I never see this kinda card before. Is it new or its also very old ...
