Check to see if your CAM ID is showing up on the SysInfo screen. If it is all 00's then you have a problem.

Run the "CheckSwitch"option.Try the easiest first.If still no signal,take the lid off the IRD,and pull off the top from the can where the sat feed comes into the unit,then take a close look at the solder joints.If there are any cracks or bad joints,redo'em.If still no luck,hit the search button.There are other possible answers in here.

I have a similar problem here. I have a strong signal, program guide, and channel information at the top of screen (date/time, program identification, network, time left) but no picture. 301.13 ird.

having the same problem anyone have a fix? 301.13 signal bar keeps fading from locked and wrong sat. signal is at 110. did the check switch. all fine there
