I picked up an rca420 that has a funny effect on the picture. It 'flutters' a little bit; getting slightly brighter and more colorful, then back to normal. The effect is pretty suttle, but you can definetely notice. It happens about every 3-5 sec. I know it's not the TV because other IRD's don't do it. Anyone know what it could be? Is my IRD about to blow up?
