Whats the Diffrence in P4 and P5

I haven t aquired a New Access Card Yet
Is it true if you are going to buy 1 is the P5 the way to go because of a flaw in P4 I like to get one which way should I go\

If there is no Difference I wonder why a few months ago my neighbor told dave that his card was destroyed and they sent him a P4. couple months later they sent him a P5. no explanation just sent him one..

The only difference that anyone other than Dave knows of is the color.
