help a newbie

Bought a Bell system over a month ago, to tide us over when DTV swapped out the cards. Just got it going, and having a problem. Receiver is a Charlie DP301 with a rom 10 card. Power up system and insert card, says 'the smartcard currently inserted is not valid for this receiver'. This system is new to me, and I just fired it up. Any ideas? Dead card... outdated program on it? Maybe it is actually programmed for Charie (how can I tell). Hardware suggestions are welcome also, as I would like to be able to do the card updates myself, as I have done with DTV for many years now. thnks.

You will need the Boxkeys from that ird. get jkeys read the the ird and get the keys. 1ce you have the keys you will have to load the boxkeys on the card.Then convert the ird number to hex format and load that on the card. Then you will need to load a script and blocker for it to work. Please read the how to's then post if you need more help.
