What rom do i have?

I was going to buy a system out of the paper and the guy said that the numbers on the card were S00- #$%^&. Can you tell what rom just by the S00? Does that mean its a rom 2?

The smart card number is S006526093643. The IRD model number is an RCA DP301T22B.
What Rom is this and what IRD is it? I bought this system brand new still in box. Can it be programmed and if so what do I need to do? I have a J-TAG and an Extreme ISO programmer. Also, I think I have a ROM 3 card also. The number is S000885292628. Can I use this card in my new IRD or should I just use the one that came with it?

I just checked it and it says DNASP 102 REV 103. And it is a yellow card. The IRD is a dish pro 301. Can this be programmed? I have a Rom 3 card can I use it in the DP 301 instead of the one that came with it?

The card is too new and not hacked. The receiver will need the vid mod to work and you will need a dif older card. rev 103, the yellow card is also stream locked as well. receiver with remote 30 bucks top.

well I also got a 3800 with a ROM 3 . Guess that might be better to test with. Well what utilities will I need to strart testing my ROM 3? Is it worth trying to test ROM 3 or am I better off buying a magic card?
