Ok any ird is good but you will have to tsop lock and for safety eeprom lock as well. Now with the blue card, look at the really faint numbers on the lower right corner of the card. Once you fin that post it and we can find out the rom ver. Should be like 288-?? aa-?? a20??. And when you look for the numbers they are really faint.
