programming rom 2

Can anybody give me any advice on current blocker and tier lists?, name of file to look for and best place to find it?...It's for a rom2 and will be using NagaEdit.

I've been told that rom 2 and 3 cards are basicly the same thing, so will rom3 files work with my rom 2 card?

If You Try And Use Rom3 Files On Your Rom2, You Will Probably Loop It. Unmarked Rom2's Do Not Need A Blocker. Get One Of The Tier Generating Programs, Generate Your Tier List For A Rom2. Get Xcel3.6 To Manage/Clean/ Add Tier Patches/Change Data, ETC On Your Rom2 Image. Use Nagraedit To Write The Updated Rom2 Image Back To Your Rom2.

You Should Also Learn To Use The Search Button. There Is A Lot Of Info Posted On The Rom2.

I'm using Xcel to program my rom2,my IRD Status says 89 suspended, i've tried changing it to 09 but on line EACO it has a 89 in there also. Does that need to be changed? If so can explain how? I've tried to just change the 89 and write to the card, but doesn't seem to help

On The Right Hand Side In Xcel3.6, You Use The Pull Down For The IRD Status Box (Little Down Arrow On The Right Side Of The Box) And Select 09 - Subbed. It Will Change The Bytes In The Left Window To 09. Write Back To Card, Changes Only.

ok...I'm not seeing the pull down, it does semm like my Xcell is to large and I'm not seeing it...any way to make it fit ionto screen so everthing shows?....thxx!

What Is Your Current Screen Resolution Set To.
Try Increasing Your Screen Resolution And See If It Helps?

our resolution was at 800/600, took it up to 1152/864..made the windows smaller , but Xcel had the same look only smaller...it has a grey area around the the right side and bottom of the window...tried going through things like opitions up on the drop down files but didn't find anything that might help

is it possible for me to open Xcel and save a screen shot to post so you can actually see how it looks, kinda hard to explain what it looks like exactly, but I don't think I'm seeing all the program and dropdowns and things
